Collective Outcomes Tool

The Collective Outcomes Tool is designed to be a simple method of collecting quantitative data to build a picture of the impact arts and cultural organisations are having on children and young people’s cultural education.

In the 2015/16 summer term Shared Intelligence and The Mighty Creatives created and piloted a Collective Outcomes Tool.

The Collective Outcomes Tool is designed to be a simple method of collecting quantitative data to build a picture of the impact arts and cultural organisations are having on children and young people’s cultural education. The Collective Outcomes Tool will help us to understand if we achieving our mission and overcoming inequality of opportunity for children and young people’s cultural education.

This simple data tool, in the form of an excel spreadsheet, is for arts and cultural organisations who are working with schools. The data will be used to produce impact statements about cultural education activity across the East Midlands, demonstrating the collective breadth of activity and impact - benefiting the sector through gaining insight on activity.

The Mighty Creatives are asking arts and cultural organisations to actively support the collection of this data and submit completed forms to The Mighty Creatives by 18th December 2017 for aggregation.

We would ask arts and cultural organisations to take the lead in completing the first section of the Outcomes Tool and collecting completed forms from schools. Schools should complete section two of the Outcomes Tool.

All data is anonymous. We do not request personal details identifying any child or young person. Should you have any queries or to submit your completed data sets please email Laura@themightycreatives.com or artsalliances@themightycreatives.com.
