This session is for participants who want to develop a framework, reporting process and system for measuring the social and economic impact of their emerging start-up businesses. This face to face workshop will explore the ten steps to Measuring Impact, which will support participants to develop Impact Measurement Frameworks for services and products they deliver to clients. The content covers an overview introduction into evaluation and impact management, exploring how to define aims and objectives, define outputs and outcomes; explore Theory of Change Model or Logic Models and designing monitoring processes and systems
The workshop will support participants to apply the learning to individual projects or organisational activity, allowing time for discussion, reflection and peer support.
