Children's Workforce

Adults have the responsibility to help spark children's creativity and capacity for innovation. Whilst this is a very serious business, we believe adults, children and young people should also be empowered to be playful, cultural creatures.

We aspire to provide opportunities for the children and young people’s workforce to combine their skills, knowledge and resources in unusual combinations, helping them to build inspiring and enabling adventures in learning for every child.

Our support for the children and young people’s workforce takes many and varied forms; from training days and large-scale events, through to networking opportunities and support seminars, we aim to inspire playful adults to share their knowledge, skills, networks and resources to help every child thrive.
