Our award-winning Creative Mentoring service provides one-to-one support, empowering the most unheard young people in society to discover their sense of self, belonging, and a world of opportunities.

We connect our young people with organisations and support them to create meaningful education, training and workplace opportunities together. By adopting creative approaches and listening to young voices, employers can inspire young people to take the next steps in their lives.
We work on heaps of mighty and creative projects, all for and with young people. From creative experiences in the community, in residential homes or in education settings, we’re committed to making lasting social and personal change for young people by platforming their voices, their ideas and their journeys.
We advocate for youth voice through creativity. We work with young people, other charities, organisations, youth services, and employers to support best practice, youth-led approaches inspired by the views and voices of young people.
None of our mighty work is possible without the generosity of our Trust and Foundation supporters and the important partnerships which help to fund our work. Last year, we saw a 35% rise in referrals to our Creative Mentoring service alone.
