At TMC, you’ll be working alongside a team of dedicated arts, culture, and youth voice enthusiasts. We’re a friendly bunch, too! We all care deeply about the young people we support who are some of the most unheard in society. And we practice what we preach. So whether it’s creative thinking, creative problem-solving or creative ways of working, you can be sure that a role with our charity will be both mighty and creative.

The mighty perks

Southglade Primary are seeking expressions of interest from Creative Practitioners for a 30 day residency during the Spring/ Summer term. Creative Practitioners will be given the opportunity to extend their practice, network with other schools and gain insights into ‘teaching for creativity’ within 2 community of practice meetings during this academic year.
