our opportunities

Want to join us in fighting for the creative voices of children and young people?

There are jobs… and then there are roles at The Mighty Creatives (TMC).

At TMC, you’ll be working alongside a team of dedicated arts and culture enthusiasts. We’re a friendly bunch – we all care deeply about the young people we support. And we practice what we preach. So whether it’s creative thinking, creative problem-solving or creative ways of working, you can be sure that a role with our charity will be both mighty and creative.

The mighty perks

In addition to a friendly, supportive and creative working environment, for employee opportunities, we offer:

  • 25 days annual leave (pro rata) – plus bank holidays, of course!
  • 3 days of discretionary leave over the Christmas period, during our office closedown.
  • An additional day off for your birthday – so you can celebrate as you choose!
  • Up to 14 hours (pro rata) of time per year for volunteering or personal development – so whether you want to support your local food bank or help out in your community, you can use this time to give back to the causes that matter to you.
  • A day for Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural development (SMSC) – this is an additional day of leave for you to spend celebrating a religious holiday or cultural experiences, for example.
  • Access to Sodexo Employee benefits, which gives discounts towards things like shopping, cinema tickets and restaurants.
  • Access to training – so that your professional and personal development is supported.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • Stakeholder pension3% employer contribution, 5% employee contribution.

opportunity: impact and data strategist

With support from the Charities Aid Foundation, we are seeking the services of a highly skilled impact and data strategist to support our next phase of development.

Following the funding decision by Arts Council England (ACE), we are in the process of reviewing our business model, revising our business plan and services and would like to align a new Impact and Data strategy to streamline our approach and support future growth.
