Youth Voice Coordinator vacancy

We’re looking for someone to join our Programme Team as a Youth Voice Coordinator! We want you to use your creativity to help children, young people and adults transform their lives, the services they use and the communities they live in. This role will work with the Head of Programmes and focus on the delivery and development of our Youth Voice Programmes and initiatives across the organisation and support the wider activity of the charity where needed.

Join our pool of Creative Mentors

We’re on the lookout for artists and creative practitioners to join our pool of Creative Mentors so we can reach the demand for Creative Mentoring across the Midlands. We commission suitably qualified Creative Mentors for the provision of a Creative Mentor Support service to identified children and young people who are in need, care experienced, struggling to engage in education or who are at risk of exclusion. We’re looking for Creative Practitioners from a variety of creative disciplines and encourage applications from people of a diverse range of backgrounds, and particularly welcome applications from those with lived experience of the care system.

Creative Mentoring Coordinator vacancy (part time)

We’re looking for someone mighty to join our Programme Team as a part-time Creative Mentoring Coordinator. We want you to use your creativity to help children, young people and adults transform their lives, the services they use and the communities they live in. This role will work with our Creative Mentoring Manager and two other Coordinators. It will focus on the delivery and development of our award-winning Creative Mentoring Programme and other initiatives across the organisation, and support the wider activity of the charity where needed.

Artist call out! Photographer Project (Letchworth)

Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation has commissioned us at The Mighty Creatives to support their A Great Place to Grow Up strategy, supporting them and their partners to better understand children and young people’s experiences of growing up in Letchworth, and further exploring how it can be made into a more youth-friendly space.

As part of this, we are working in partnership with Fearnhill School and a small number of their students on a four-day photography project running from Monday 30th June to Thursday 3rd July 2025. We are looking for a photographer to lead this project in Letchworth.
