At TMC, you’ll be working alongside a team of dedicated arts, culture, and youth voice enthusiasts. We’re a friendly bunch, too! We all care deeply about the young people we support who are some of the most unheard and under-represented in society. And we practice what we preach. So whether it’s creative thinking, creative problem-solving or creative ways of working, you can be sure that a role with our charity will be both mighty and creative.
The mighty perks
In addition to a friendly, supportive, and creative working environment (for employee opportunities) we offer:
- 25 days annual leave (pro rata) – plus bank holidays, of course!
- 3 days of discretionary leave over the Christmas period, during our office closedown.
- An additional day off for your birthday – so you can celebrate as you choose!
- Up to 14 hours (pro rata) of time per year for volunteering or personal development – so whether you want to support your local food bank or help out in your community, you can use this time to give back to the causes that matter to you.
- A day for Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural development (SMSC) – this is an additional day of leave for you to spend celebrating a religious holiday or cultural experiences, for example.
- Access to Sodexo Employee benefits, which gives discounts towards things like shopping, cinema tickets and restaurants.

Join our Youth Board!
Our Youth Board is recruiting new people to join the board. We are looking for people aged 16-25, passionate about having their voice heard, fighting for social justice and transforming the lives of children and young people through creativity and the arts.
