At TMC, you’ll be working alongside a team of dedicated arts, culture, and youth voice enthusiasts. We’re a friendly bunch, too! We all care deeply about the young people we support who are some of the most unheard and under-represented in society. And we practice what we preach. So whether it’s creative thinking, creative problem-solving or creative ways of working, you can be sure that a role with our charity will be both mighty and creative.

The mighty perks

In addition to a friendly, supportive, and creative working environment (for employee opportunities) we offer:

• 25 days annual leave (pro rata) – plus bank holidays, of course!
• 3 days of discretionary leave over the Christmas period, during our office closedown.
• An additional day off for your birthday – so you can celebrate as you choose!
• Up to 14 hours (pro rata) of time per year for volunteering or personal development – so whether you want to support your local food bank or help out in your community, you can use this time to give back to the causes that matter to you.
• A day for Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural development (SMSC) – this is an additional day of leave for you to spend celebrating a religious holiday or cultural experiences, for example.
