We all care deeply about the young people we support who are some of the most unheard and under-represented in society. And we practice what we preach. The mighty perks

• 25 days annual leave (pro rata) – plus bank holidays, of course!
• 3 days of discretionary leave over the Christmas period, during our office closedown.
