Eloise's story
“It looks so much better than I imagined it would.”
discover more >During these unprecedented times, we know how difficult it is for carers, teachers, and families to find quality assured, creative, inspirational activities and workshops for their children and young people. As the Arts Council Bridge organisation for the East Midlands, we have collected some of the region’s most exciting opportunities and we are pleased to introduce to you our Mighty Hub of Creativity – a place where you can access a range of FREE resources and activities!
As the UK lockdown continues, here at The Mighty Creatives, we have been gathering together a selection of some of the very best online creative experiences from around our region, as well as across the country too, to share with schools, teachers, children, families, parents and workshop leaders.
The Mighty Hub of Creativity is a free resource that will grow and develop in the coming weeks and months (becoming more mighty as time goes on!) and which we aim to keep as a permanent online resource for the East Midlands.
You might already know exactly what, or who, you are looking for, you might just be curious to see what’s available, or you might be overwhelmed by the number of opportunities that are out there. Whatever it is you’re looking for, we’re sure you’ll find exciting and relevant high-quality creative opportunities.
Feel free to browse through the different themed areas as you want to and see what takes your fancy. You’ll find links to videos, worksheets, activities, exhibitions and more.
At the end of your visit to the Hub we’d be really grateful if you could give us a bit of feedback – we’d love to hear how you’ve found it. There is also a section for you to recommend and share any content you’ve seen that you think we could add.
You can also share your feedback and outcomes from the Mighty Hub of Creativity through our social media. Tweet us, drop us a message on Facebook, or even tag us on Instagram.
And look out for the tags that will help you quickly identify who each activity is aimed at – KS1, 2, 3, 4, or SEND – and whether it’s participatory ‘To Do’ or observatory ‘To View’.
If you have any questions about anything, please contact info@themightycreatives.com
We hope you enjoy your visit to the Mighty Hub of Creativity!
"She is just what we were hoping for from a Creative Mentor and they are a perfect fit. I just wanted to let you know how much her support is valued and how great we think she is.”
