At TMC, you’ll be working alongside a team of dedicated arts, culture, and youth voice enthusiasts. We’re a friendly bunch, too! We all care deeply about the young people we support who are some of the most unheard in society. And we practice what we preach. So whether it’s creative thinking, creative problem-solving or creative ways of working, you can be sure that a role with our charity will be both mighty and creative.

The mighty perks

In addition to a friendly, supportive, and creative working environment (for employee opportunities) we offer:

• 25 days annual leave (pro rata) – plus bank holidays, of course!
• 3 days of discretionary leave over the Christmas period, during our office closedown.

Artist call out! Creative Futures Leicester

As part of our Youth Voice work, we’re partnering with Voluntary Action Leicester to work with up to 45 young people aged 16-25, supporting them with their next steps after education through creativity.

We’re looking to work with two artists to work with groups of young people and support them through their Bronze Arts Award in different venues across Leicester City between September 2025 and February 2026. If you have experience of Graffiti/Street Art or are a Multi-disciplinary Visual Artist, find out more about the project and how to apply.

The deadline for applications is Friday 20th June.
