We’re looking for someone to join our Programme Team as a Youth Voice Coordinator! We want you to use your creativity to help children, young people and adults transform their lives, the services they use and the communities they live in. This role will work with the Head of Programmes and focus on the delivery and development of our Youth Voice Programmes and initiatives across the organisation and support the wider activity of the charity where needed.

We’re on the lookout for artists and creative practitioners to join our pool of Creative Mentors so we can reach the demand for Creative Mentoring across the Midlands. We commission suitably qualified Creative Mentors for the provision of a Creative Mentor Support service to identified children and young people who are in need, care experienced, struggling to engage in education or who are at risk of exclusion. We’re looking for Creative Practitioners from a variety of creative disciplines and encourage applications from people of a diverse range of backgrounds, and particularly welcome applications from those with lived experience of the care system.

It will focus on the delivery and development of our award-winning Creative Mentoring Programme and other initiatives across the organisation, and support the wider activity of the charity where needed.
