Empowering children and young people to share their creative voice lies at the heart of everything we do. If we’re not here to fight for our beneficiaries, how will their voices be heard?
So that we can continue to support some of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged young people across the East Midlands, we’ve been looking closely at our organisation sustainability and development plans.
In December 2020, we were delighted to be selected for the Pilotlight Programme. Working with charities since 2003, Pilotlight pairs teams of ‘Pilotlighters’ from different private and public sector organisations with chosen charities. A team of Pilotlighters will work closely with our senior management team and board of trustees at The Mighty Creatives to understand how we operate, our sector, what our ambitions are and to identify any challenges. Over the next several months, the Pilotlight team will support us in setting project objectives to help improve our offerings and enable our longevity.
