Once a school has registered for Artsmark, this is the first step on their Artsmark journey, and the session will equip you with all the tools needed. Led by a specialist consultant, you will be supported to reflect on your current practice and explore your vision for arts and cultural education in your school. You will be guided through the different stages of the Artsmark process and will work with other schools to generate ideas and plan your journey.
Evidencing the Impact
This workshop is useful for both schools who have recently submitted their Statement of Commitment or have done so a while ago and want a chance to revisit their plans. The workshop will help schools to develop your planning to ensure you are capturing evidence of impact on children, staff and the wider school throughout the Artsmark process.
Statement of Impact (Case Study)
This workshop will provide understanding of what schools need to include in your Statement of Impact. It is recommended to attend this session approximately half way through the school’s journey to allow time to capture any additional evidence needed. However, this workshop will also support schools who are close to starting your Statement of Impact or those at the end of their journey.
Back on Track
This session is for any school on their Artsmark journey who would like the opportunity to reset and be supported to reflect on the progress made to date. It will look at your current priorities as a school, explore how your plans have changed and what your new action plan might look like.
This will be a forum for discussion, and a chance to share experiences, challenges and to find a way to reset with other teachers and TMC support.
