empowering young people in need

Empowering the young people you work with to unlock their true potential is undoubtedly at the top of your list. This is particularly true for the most vulnerable in our society: those In Need, who may be care-experienced, facing social deprivation, heightened isolation, lack of stability, compromised mental health, lower attainment – the list goes on. But how can you engage these young people to find their sense of self, purpose, and belonging? How do you empower them to find their creative voice and a whole world of opportunities, both now and in the future?

Whether you work within a Local Authority, Virtual School, School, Alternative Provision, or other youth services, our one-to-one creative mentoring service is a tried-and-tested model of creative intervention. It’s based on a person-centred approach, and our trained Creative Mentors use their experience as creative practitioners and of youth work to build trusting relationships and provide opportunities that transform young lives.

That’s why we put youth voice at the heart of everything we do. We continually work with our beneficiaries, referral partners, and our inspiring Youth Board to develop our services in direct response to their needs.

Find out more about our services below, and how you can refer a young person.

Our creative futures programme focuses on supporting individuals to become leaders across education, community and business sectors.
