Job Title: Impact and Data Manager

Salary: £30,673 plus contributory stakeholder pension pro rata

Hours:  Part time (21 hours per week (60% of FTE) excluding an unpaid lunch hour) plus occasional evenings and weekends

Location: LCB Depot Leicester, with frequent regional/national travel.  Please note we are currently working remotely due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Permanent/fixed: Twelve month fixed term contract

The Mighty Creatives is a charity committed to improving the personal, educational, cultural and social lives of children and young people (CYP) through creative and cultural education.

Our charitable purpose is to provide arts and cultural opportunities for CYP from birth to 30 years old, particularly those who are the most disadvantaged and excluded, in order to contribute to the fight against child poverty.

Our vision is of a world where all CYP will harness the power of arts, creativity, and culture in order to transform themselves, their communities, and their futures.

We are looking for an experienced Impact and Data Manager to join our team. We want you to work as part of a team to evidence the outcomes and impact of The Mighty Creatives work with children, young people, schools, and the creative and cultural sectors.  You will have experience of working with data systems and databases and of producing reports that help to inform decision making and present impact.
