We’re looking to commission an Animator with experience of creatively capturing the voices of participants, specifically children and young people, to celebrate the outputs and impact of Creative Mentoring across Rutland County Council.

As we work with children and young people that are experiencing vulnerabilities and disadvantage the successful applicant must have an awareness of approaches to safeguarding and confidentiality as well as how this impacts the capturing of the children and young people’s voices.

We’re looking for the animation to be no more than four minutes long and are seeking a fun, engaging and colourful style of animation that will include aspects of Rutland County Council’s branding whilst also being able to incorporate images, videos and audio of young people’s work.

the budget

The total budget for the animator costs is £5,000 inclusive of VAT. We will additionally cover any travel reimbursements required, where agreed in advance.
