The Mighty Media Masterclass

Call out for Young People aged 14-19 to take part in 2-day masterclass with The Mighty Creatives, Creative Forum and Rofl Audio

Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th August 2021
10am – 3.30pm, FREE*

Do you live in the East Midlands? Would you like to develop creative skills and gain work experience in a professional recording studio?

Are you interested in a career in Radio / TV / Film?

Could you share your thoughts and experiences to help change the lives of other Young People growing up in the East Midlands?

We are looking for ten people aged 14-19 to work with The Mighty Creatives for two days, to create media to support the fundraising work of our charity.

Over the two days, participants will be guided by industry professionals to learn the skills and expertise required to write, develop and produce creative media outputs, by taking part in workshops in scriptwriting, spoken word, branding, sound effects and much more!

Participants will also work collaboratively with experts in film and video, Creative Forum, to direct and film a documentary of the process. Participants’ voices and opinions will be key in the development and content of the recording.

*There are 9 places available for young people aged 14-19. We will allocate places on a first come, first served basis, with a reserve list. So please get in touch to avoid any disappointment.
